We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Key Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Candidate is tasked to Develop, monitor and manage a salon account portfolio, in accordance with division strategy and brand affairs.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
The Job includes:
• Organizing sales visits
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Establishing new business
• Maintaining accurate records
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Lead or participate in annual negotiations, working closely with other account partners.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
5. Establish a development plan, including trade/training/and event activities.
6. Guarantee the brand image expressed at the point of sale
7. Establish a partnership and a solid relationship with the accounts.
8. Manage trade agreements, contracts and invoices associated with the brand.
9. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
10. Define a salon strategy, in agreement with the sales department.
