Admin coordination – Inspector Automotive Services

Working from reception desk

Translating reports to customers (English to Arabic)

Answer the calls from customers on the mobile and Telephone

Taking customers’ requests for inspection and repairing and making sure customers filled the form and paying money

Call customers to inform them about the repair quotations and ask them whether they bought the car or not and whether they are satisfied from our service or not

Inputting all the reports data in the database and make sure all the information correct and saved

Writing accounts in the books and make sure they are correct

Know the progress of repairing each car and each inspection

Explain the report as much as possible to the customers

Send weekly phone calls and repairs to management office on Saturday

Making a weekly statistics for the numbers who bought cars and who do not

Helping in delivering spare parts

Replying to customers requesting used cars prices
Identify the missing things in the garage and what do they need like new inkjet for the printers, papers, tea, coffee and others
