Keep good communication with all employees on HSEQ Management System matters thru memos, email, bulletin board notification, etc. d. Ensures that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job. e. Ensure proper reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses through the Positive Dangerous Feedback Form. Initiates investigation of all such cases. Total Operations and Business Process a. Works under the supervision of the Driller and assist the Driller in the operation of the draw works, mud pumps and rotating equipment, and in the supervision of the drilling crew b. Relieve the Driller, while supervised, in WORKOVER ACTIVITIES, drilling ahead, making connections, etc. c. Assist in all equipment operations as instructed by the Operator/Supervisor d.
