HR Dynamics – Bahrain – We are Hiring Head of Department Head of Department – Maintenance 1. 10-15 years’ experience in the Maintenance Field related to Electromechanical Services 2. Education: Minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering 3. He Should be capable to lead staff members who mainly repair and maintain HVAC Systems and all other MEP Services in both Residential and Commercial premises/buildings. 4. Ability to Supervise and to Direct the Maintenance staff to effectively perform the functions of equipment repair, start-up, operation and other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Should have the ability to read, interpret, utilize and train operation service manuals, schematics and control circuits mainly related to HVAC and Refrigeration Systems. 6. Establish and maintains a regular training programs to ensure that Technicians are adequately trained on the latest service techniques and safety procedures for equipment and general working conditions…. – Permanent – Full-time
