Internal Auditor

  • Audit of damaged material after production and repairable items send for repair, after verification.
  • Verification of the PRVS un-posted list from inventory system and ensure completion of data timely and forward for further actions.
  • Verification of un-posted production list from inventory system and compares any Delay and ensures its timely posting.
  • Verification of errors in stock delivery report daily.
  • Surprise verification of single item stock randomly.
  • Surprise verification of petty cash.
  • Verification of stock / inventory to external auditors for annual audit.
  • Verification of damages received from other countries and follows the new SOP for damages as approved by Director Finance.
  • Verification of GRN (goods received from shop to head quarter) from the system and ensure timey receiving and updating in the system for accuracy.
  • Process run of journal vouchers (salary, post dated cheques, gosi, ticket,etc).
  • Closing stock process at each month end for trial balance run or not.
  • Verification of vouchers daily (payment, receipts & journal vouchers).
