Key Accounts Executive
BRIEF OF THE POSITION
An Individual Contributor role, this position is responsible for developing & growing the Business of Company in Bahrain & Kuwait Markets through the consultants, architects & interior designers.
The person will be based at Bahrain. Fluency in English is a must. A valid GCC driving license & & Arabic language skills would be an added advantage.
The Description below is only indicative as the position will have to deal with all nuances for setting up / growing / developing sales through this channel.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To promote Sales through the Architects / Interior Designer / Consultants channel in Bahrain by visiting them and pitching our products & services regularly
2. Map the firms which are not part of our database and service them
3. To conduct presentations on company products in the clients’ office
4. Meet the applicators / contractors linked to these firms / clients & promote our products
5. Track the competitors activity in the geography and report the same
6. Ensure monthly sales through these accounts / sales in their projects
7. Ensure specific requirements of this set are catered to in terms of collaterals / specifications / trainings / presentations and noted in CRM
8. To attend the complaints related to these clients’ sites and register the same in CRM and ensure the same are closed as per the policy
9. To cater to any Projects / Institutional Business requirements in the Market through this set
10. Timely reporting in required formats regularly
11. Since this is a new & evolving role, job responsibilities may change over time.
SECONDARY OF ALLIED JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Ensure all the collaterals are distributed as per the plan to the clients
2. Site visits for product approvals & trials
