Job Responsibilities: . Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers . Coordinate and track freight movements . Work in a team environment to meet business needs . Maintain system integrity by ensuring all data is entered accurately and timely . Perform any other duties as required or assigned . Provide customer service, including inquires, order tracking and feedback . Interface with logistics on freight rates and truck availability . Provide support for outside sales representatives .
