Wyndham Hotels and Resorts – Manama, Bahrain – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Tailor to join our team at Wyndham Garden Manama,Bahrain Job Summary To carry out any repairs to staff uniforms and guest laundry as required. To ensure sewing machine is kept in good working order. To repair curtains, bedcovers etc as needed. To inspect all damaged linen items with the Executive Housekeeper, record all the discards and handover to the Executive Housekeeper. To stitch skirting, curtains and costumes as advised by the Executive Housekeeper. Education & Experience Trained with professional tailoring skills Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel Good command of English language Physical Requirements Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
