BMMI is looking to recruit an in-house Trainer that will be responsible for motivating, guiding and training employees. The Trainer will help employees maximise their efficiency, abilities and happiness at work by delivering various types of soft and technical skills trainings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training materials based on organisational requirements and delivering content aligned with the training plan. The Trainer will be in charge of supporting training needs for the entire BMMI Group by ensuring the delivery of quality sessions, as well as attaining a high level of participants’ satisfaction.

Develop training materials based on the planned training outcome and on ongoing requirements.
Apply new training methods and use instructional materials that meets trainees’ needs.
Arrange all logistics for training sessions, including securing a venue.
Conduct training, workshops and induction sessions for new joiners and existing employees.
Establish clear objectives for all workshops, and communicate those objectives.
Ensure effective and efficient records keeping, and the timely submission of requested reports.
Over three years of experience in a training environment
Ability to facilitate soft skills, technical skills and Integrated Management System trainings (our IMS covers international standards in quality, environment, food safety and health & safety)
Developing materials in accordance with business requirements
High level of training delivery technique and presentation skills
Ability to come up with new learning ideas to suit employees at different levels
Graduate of a business administration qualification, or CIPD level 5
Should be fluently trilingual in spoken and written English, Arabic and French
Certification in “Training the Trainer” is an advantage
